LouTech’s 5-axis CNC-milled hydraulic manifold blocks are machined from 7075-T6 billet (UTS 83 ksi) with internal porting networks, SAE straight-thread O-ring port bosses, and precision sealing bore finishes of 16 µin Ra or better — Type III hard anodized inside and out (0.002" per side), pressure-tested at 1.5× MOP before shipment, and delivered with full AS9100 first-article inspection report and hydrostatic test certificate for use in flight-critical landing gear and flight control hydraulic circuits.
